Apollo Sindoori is a leading hospitality service management and support services company. Being a sister concern of the famed Apollo Hospital Group, Apollo Sindoori manages the entire gamut of hospitality services right from food services to kitchen planning and management for corporates, institutions, industries and hospitals.

Challenge

A 30-year-old brand, Apollo Sindoori’s communication look and feel hadn't changed much since their inception. Market conditions had changed and Apollo Sindoori was now competing with international brands to cater to the hospitality needs of corporates and hospitals. Additionally, an erstwhile partner of Faber, Malaysia, Apollo Sindoori wanted to venture independently in the Indian market. They wanted to change the look of the brand to win the confidence of the investors as they launched their IPO.

Solution

One MG rebranded the entire group company. The focus was to infuse new energy through their communication, across clients and employees.

  • As a first step in the rebranding exercise, we created a new brand identity for Apollo Sindoori.
  • A sales brochure was also designed to communicate information about the company in a fresh format.

  • The logo was suggestive of collaborative growth, where one hand held the other to propel business growth. The holding hands were represented with leaves, symbolic of the nature and the 4 main aspects of their business.

  • Apollo Sindoori’s four business divisions of catering, hospitality, management services and restaurants were integrated into a single responsive website with a new look and feel.
  • The objective was to make each business unit sales ready for an increasingly competitive market while retaining their brand credibility and goodwill.

  • While the parent company focussed on Apollo Sindoori as a brand, the other 4 business divisions had a dedicated microsite each, all designed in line with the brand philosophy of the parent site. This was done for an improved SEO and to create a single point information delivery about each business vertical.

  • Though Apollo Sindoori’s café, Sketch was extremely popular with the staff of the company, it was unknown to outsiders.
  • One MG designed a sumptuous Facebook campaign with physical and social events, offers and competitions to increase the popularity of the brand and to promote its delicious offerings.
