Your Role in the Big Picture:
As part of the Strategy team at One MG, you’ll be at the frontlines of growth. You’ll manage inbound leads, nurture client relationships, and turn opportunities into long-term partnerships. From the first conversation to the final pitch, you’ll represent our thinking, energy, and ambition to build brands people believe in.
What You’ll Create & Contribute:
- Handle and qualify inbound leads, managing them through the sales pipeline
- Strategize and collaborate with creative teams to prepare tailored pitch decks and proposals
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business pitches
- Travel for client meetings, reviews, and on-ground interactions as required
- Maintain records of leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in CRM systems
- Support leadership in negotiations and deal closures
- Track business development metrics and prepare reports for internal reviews
What Makes You the Right Fit:
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales, preferably in a creative, advertising, or digital agency environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in client-facing roles
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into compelling pitches
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing pipelines and timelines
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to help grow One MG’s business footprint
- Comfortable with frequent travel for client interactions
