Nishant Rastogi
Director of Possibilities
Nishant's entrepreneurial spirit emerged soon after he completed his master's in Digital Media Communication from University of Nations, US Kona, Hawaii. It's been 18 years now and he has taken One MG from a single client company to a company that has serviced over a hundred clients. Although he largely focuses on client acquisition now, he also brings his vast experience in visual design and strategy to One MG.
Karthikeyan
Studio Manager
Karthik is one of the backbones of One MG. With 15 years under his belt, he has worked on clients from every industry – from FMCG to finance. Over the years he has its been NAC jewelers, Apollo Sindoori, Texas Fiesta, Stylori, Infosys, IIM and Hatsun Dairy to name a few. Being an expert in design, he has a versatile portfolio of work in branding, print, digital, websites and apps too. Karthik’s fandom for AR Rahman inspires his designs, as he believes that art and design also have their own melody – and he is the conductor.

Sr. Account Manager
With an education background that is all about ‘people’ (Psychology and Urban Development), Devanshi has navigated her advertising career through all parts. From copywriting to content strategy, she has evolved client briefs into award-worthy creatives. She then turned to handling clients and understanding their needs from a business perspective. With brands like IIM Trichy, Alliance Group, TAPMI, EdgeVerve and Red Earth under her belt. She leverages this broad understanding to get the best results from creatives, making her an indispensable asset.
