SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE
You have proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media analyst
You are excellent at presentation and communication
You have demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
Your know-how of online marketing and major marketing channels is top-notch
You are positive, organised, detail and customer-oriented, and a good multitasker
You are proficient and fluent in English
Prerequisites: BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:
Developing relevant content to reach the company’s target customers
Creating, curating, and managing all published content (images, video, written and audio/podcast)
Monitoring online conversations, and listening and responding to users in an authentic and social way (ie, conversations that cultivate leads and drive sales)
Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions.
Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
Oversee and monitor design for:
Social media graphics across channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn
Ads and Landing Pages
Monitor online reviews and respond to each review in-time and with care
Analyse key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
Compile reports for management showing results (ROI)
Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
