As a Client Servicing Executive, you’ll be the bridge between the agency and its clients, ensuring seamless communication, strategic execution, and successful project delivery. You’ll manage relationships, drive business growth, and oversee marketing initiatives that align with client goals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
Manage client deliverables, ensuring timely execution and quality results.
Lead brainstorming sessions and craft detailed proposals/presentations for client pitches.
Oversee social media campaigns, develop engaging content, and monitor performance.
Identify growth opportunities within client accounts to drive revenue.
Stay updated on social media marketing trends and emerging best practices.
Develop influencer outreach strategies and expand community engagement.
2+ years of client management experience in a traditional or digital agency.
Strategic mindset with hands-on experience in advertising and marketing.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
Ability to multitask and perform under high-pressure environments.
Knowledge of online marketing, major digital channels, and social analytics tools.
Willingness to travel as needed.
