You have a minimum of 2 years of client management experience in a traditional or Digital Agency
You are a strategic thinker with hands on experience & understand the advertising industry
You have strong interpersonal, organizational,problem-solving skills, excellent at presentation and communication
You are open to moderate travel
You are exceptional at planning and crisis management, thrive under high-pressure environment and you are positive, organised, detail, customer-oriented, and a good multitasker
You have demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
Your know-how of online marketing and major marketing channels is top-notch
Influence customer onboarding.
Initiate brainstorming to building a flawless and detailed proposal/presentations for all client pitches
Manage social media marketing campaigns, developing relevant content to reach the company’s target customers
Identify growth opportunities from the client portfolio and drive revenue.
Take charge of client-delivery for the agency.
Stay abreast with emerging online trends and best practices within the digital marketing industry.
Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
Maintain an accurate forecast and various business reports.
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts & ensure customer satisfaction.
Simultaneously manage and monitor various clients and campaigns.
Analyse key metrics and tweak strategy as needed and compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
