BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
As part of the Strategy team at One MG, you’ll be at the frontlines of growth. You’ll manage inbound leads, nurture client relationships, and turn opportunities into long-term partnerships. From the first conversation to the final pitch, you’ll represent our thinking, energy, and ambition to build brands people believe in.
Handle and qualify inbound leads, managing them through the sales pipeline
Strategize and collaborate with creative teams to prepare tailored pitch decks and proposals
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business pitches
Travel for client meetings, reviews, and on-ground interactions as required
Maintain records of leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in CRM systems
Support leadership in negotiations and deal closures
Track business development metrics and prepare reports for internal reviews
1–3 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales, preferably in a creative, advertising, or digital agency environment
Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in client-facing roles
Ability to understand client needs and translate them into compelling pitches
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing pipelines and timelines
Self-motivated, curious, and eager to help grow One MG’s business footprint
Comfortable with frequent travel for client interactions
