ASSOCIATE CREATIVE DIRECTOR
You have a minimum 6 years of experience in an integrated or digital agency with a great portfolio that reflects your work
You understand brand positioning and can create strategic brand tone and messaging for clients across B2B & B2C industries
You are an expert at providing copy or content direction and have editorial skills
You have excellent verbal and written skills
You have experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams working on multiple and/or large scale projects simultaneously
You are adept at providing input on both communication and business strategy
Ideate with the creative and strategy team to create new, innovative concepts for our existing clients and in pitches and other sales pursuits
Serve as the primary facilitator for planned client meetings and day-to-day lead on creative work
Lead and partner with other visual designers, creative technologists, brand planners, client executives, and more to provide connected thinking for our clients
Provide creative direction and create compelling brand stories through the art of copywriting across projects involving
Brand identity design
Advertising campaigns across print, television and digital
Collateral design like brochures, websites etc.
Manage Content Development, Content Strategy and Content Marketing activities across media for our clients
You will be expected to lead small teams of designers, technologists on projects, and mentor junior talent
Estimate with project managers and client executives, schedules, roadmaps, and other operational details to successfully track and drive projects. You’ll be expected to deliver quality work on time
Take ownership of projects from conceptualisation to execution & case reporting, while reporting to a Creative Director
Curious about and keep up with integrated advertising, while being willing to experiment with new approaches
